DeltaFX is a forex broker that provide a platform for safe and reliable trading. Users can simplify complex and sensitive forex concepts with the help of this broker's tools. Traders who use this broker are beginners, professionals and IBs, looking for a reliable broker with good support.

The current website has a poor UX and users cannot find information about brokers they need. I tried to improve UX by interviewing users and finding their needs and problems. Also, I tried to improve the architecture and classification of information. In my role as a UI/UX designer, I tried to improve color palettes, use better objects to present information, and create a more sincere feeling among the users

Through the surveys, we understood the frustrations and goals of the people we interviewd, and it helped us to find several key insights to define the features and architecture and classification of information. from the type of answers we were also able to create the archetypes of users who would use our website: the user persona

We define 3 possible user models based on the information obtained from the survey, and we examine their possible problems and perspectives.
